- 3 bananas
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 + 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of fermented milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 egg
- Walnuts (as desired)
- Chocolate chips (as desired)

Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Start by crushing the bananas in a bowl until they are for the most part smooth.
In a isolated bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the crushed bananas, fermented milk, oil, and egg to the dry mixture. Blend until well combined.
Gently chop in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a greased or lined loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
